    Jeff Hardy's latest court hearing is scheduled for today in Moore County, N.C. Hardy was arrested in September 2009 on various drug related charges. He's been scheduled for multiple court hearings since then, but the case has been repeatedly postponed.

    The TNA crew is taking a break from taping television today. They taped shows on Monday and Tuesday, will be off today, and will then tape shows on Thursday and Friday. If Hardy's case is postponed again, he could conceivably return to Orlando for the tapings tomorrow.

    TNA would be effed if he went to jail. As a whole..how would their company look if their top star had to drop their top title so he can go to prison?

    Well, thank the pope he's a heel so making the storyline fit it, should work.

    What they can do is tape a match between Morgan and Hardy that's non title and have Morgan win it. If Hardy goes to jail (which I doubt), then dub over that taping with new commentary that it actually is a title match and Morgan won it. The crowd won't know it was a title match until they watch Impact. Work in Morgan taking the belt ("stealing it" during the taping, but commentate on Impact that he won it) and have Jeff get super pissed and beat the holy hell out of Morgan, backstage. Hardy gets arrested for assault and bingo. Storyline wrapped up.
