XWN New Rule Set *Please Read*

With full effect 11/26/10 onwards.

Keep in mind that any kind of violation of the forum rules can lead to a warning or a permanent ban.

Warning system:
Each member on XWN starts with zero warnings. When a member does not respect/follow the rules he/she will recieve a warning. If its get a first warning via pm from an admin telling you what you have done wrong. If you break the rules again you will be banned from this site.

Offenses:
-Spamming
-Inappropriate Language(only if the reader gets offended)
-Not posting in English
-Trolling(You will also get banned from posting)
-Persistent requests to be staff.
-Leeching (Posting links which aren't yours)
-Racial, Religious Discrimination
-Spamming Advertisements
-Disrespecting staff(May also lead to a possible ban, depending on the scenrio)
-Advertising (of any site)
-Posting Dj.Ice's Links(Oh yes, you will be banned; he's an a**hole)
-Posting spoilers (if you do post them used spoiler tags also try and have **SPOILERS** in topic title)
-Creating multiple accounts
-Being a dick

Most of these apply for the shoutbox too.

If you feel that you don't deserve to be warned or feel that you've been unfairly treated, don't hesitate to voice out to the following admins:

Lolx who's Dj.Ice and why's he an a**hole? I wanted to ask this on the last site incarnation. And "Being a dick" is very vague and open to wide interpretation. XD

dj ice/foxxcbuster hacked the old site and a while back Hes just a general asshole and not in agood way

And the being a dick part it is quite a wide thing.Its so staff if they feel like they can warn members for anything that isnt in the rules.

With that said, it kind of seem like that could also be easily abused. I've been around XWN for a while now and never seen such happen.. So I guess that really won't be an issue.

Trolling can be basically defined as inciting negative feelings in other people(although,some trolling can generate lots of lulz, which in my opinion..should be an exception.)
For example:
Someone stats a topic call "John Cena is my favorite wrestler."
Several people join in the topic together and discuss why they like JC too! Then someone else comes along and says "Jon seman is totalliez teh ghey! He suckzorz on massive Asian pen0r!! *chortle chortle*
And that my friends.. Would be a troll. Like an online antagonist. Lolx.

Trolls are funny, at least. But I agree. They need a warning. If they persist, then they get permanently banned.
